At Ozolio, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for products purchased on our online store. This policy applies to both domestic and international shipments. Below are the terms and conditions:
Return Period You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

They must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. They must not be expired or close to their expiration date. Personal care and makeup products must not have been tested or used. Products must be in resellable condition. Return Process To request a return, follow these steps:
To notify us of your intent to return a product, contact our customer service at contacto@ozolio.mx or send a WhatsApp message to +52 6691391490. Provide the necessary information, including the order number, products to be returned, and the reason for the return. You may attach up to 6 photos showing any damage to the product (no videos). Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the products back. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds Once we have received and verified the returned products, we will proceed with the refund. Refunds will be made as follows:
If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment was made by bank transfer or deposit, we will request your bank account details to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that processing and credit times may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank's policies.
Exceptions Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations. These may include, but are not limited to, personal care products, makeup, intimate products, or perishable items. Additionally, products on sale, discount, or clearance may be subject to special return conditions specified in the product description or at the time of purchase.
Damage During Shipping If you receive a product damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and provide photographs or evidence of the damage. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and offer you a satisfactory solution.
